The Making of the Story Board

To successfully complete this task we shared out the roles of the design of the storyboard. Each of us contributed into filling out the box entitled; dialogue, camera movement and edit. I dominated the colour scheme for the drawings, Stuart Bean found the music that was to play during our storyboard sequence and Ben Wakely put the video together.

Our storyboard

We decided to a storyboard to show a visual presentation of how our opening sequence will be like. The sound helps to reveal the pace, and allows the audience to connect with the images on screen. This helps the audience to know what to expect from our opening sequence. We decided to draw rather than to type what is happening on screen because it is quicker to interpret and gives a much clear portrayal of what is happening.
